A couple of things you should remember about Collegian editor J. David McSwane, a sophomore who is being called "naive" and "inexperienced" for the now-infamous "Fuck Bush" editorial from last Friday's edition.
He won a prestigious IRE award for this piece he wrote on military recruiters for Westword.
And last year, as a wee freshman, he was among the trio of Collegian reporters who tested the weaknesses of campus security by trying to enter buildings after hours.
