In an all-too-sad bit of news for fans of cheap yet wholesome eats, Taco Nation will be closing up shop next week. The former home of the two-dolla-taco (now mostly three bucks a pop) serves up only organic ingredients, but the taco chefs told me today they've had a hard time turning a profit on the low-budget, high-vibes dishes (even after the price hike, which still makes TN a pretty affordable lunch option). Que lastima! Go and get yourself some chicken mole´ before they forever shut the door on Nov. 16.
