Fort Collins Representative John Kefalas, a House District 52 Democrat, has made his intention to run for reelection official.

The announcement is the first of many communiques to come from campaign manager James Thompson, who is taking a hiatus from his time as the Chronicle's theatre critic to once again hit the campaign trail (Thompson was the communications director for Angie Paccione's bid for Congressional District 4 against Congresswoman Marilyn Musgrave).

Look for theatre criticisms from new contributor Melinda Hand and for a rematch in the House District 52 race, where it is rumored that former Representative Bob McCluskey, a Republican, will once again challenge Kefalas.
