Ol' Tom is off the rails again, and so is the House, which Tancredo recently helped to hook with his Team America-style insanity. In what the Tancrazy staff is calling a "victory against sanctuary cities," a recently passed House bill is described in a release sent by Carlos Espinosa last week while I was in Portland (where a factory had coincidentally been raided by ICE officials the day before I arrived):

"The Amendment would prevent cities like Denver and San Francisco, who employ a sanctuary policy for illegal aliens, from receiving first responder funds, including law enforcement and terrorism prevention grants, among other programs."
