Crying over raw milk
As Lisa Parker deftly captured the mmm's and myths of raw milk in Colorado in this past week's Chronicle cover story, other states are also blowing bubbles over the good and bad about unpasteurized dairy.
A story today from the Ventura County Star in California sheds light on how new raw-milk regulations regarding coliform levels in California could add a layer of bureaucracy for organic dairies without providing any real benefits to consumers or farms.
Meanwhile, I'm at home perfecting my "raw Kahlua" recipe in my bathtub.
